How many people you think fit on a scooter or a pushbike? 1-2 people I hear you say. Well Cambodians see this differently… 😉

3 on a bikeThere is room for three on a bike

On this scooter for 4
Or five for that matter! (the one behind the helium guy who's
in danger of doing an ET)
And a free night out in Phnom Penh for whoever can spot how many people
they got on this scooter (clue: zoom in on the heads and the feet!).
One of the passengers is even wearing a helmet. Pah!

  1. Nice post. Looks the same just like here in #Uganda,Africa. Thanks for taking safety measures serious.

  2. Five on a scooter (with the fifth passenger being a baby) has been the most that I’ve seen in Southeast Asia, and I’ve seen that ‘5 on 1’ configuration in both Siem Reap and Hanoi. It’s rare to see those two-stroke motor scooters here in the San Francisco Bay Area, but when I do it always reminds me of being back in Asia; I have to admit, though, that I’ve yet to see a cage of chickens or a trussed pig tied to the back of a scooter here!

Ha ha, I don’t think you will ever see chickens or pigs strapped on a moto in the US. Only in Asia, hey? 🙂
